| Inductors and transformers Process and inductor design are the core strength of our business. We can design and supply inductors for any application ranging from forging to highly sophisticated gear hardening inductors. Our transformers are compact in design enabling them to fit on to the variety of different scanners. We can equip them with quick change inductor clamp and automated ratio selection switch. Each application is studied separately and power supply is designed to accept inductors with the difference in inductance ranging up to 4:1 without the need for change in tank circuit capacitance. Together with the transformer ratio selector switch this is an ideal combination for the shop that handles variety of parts, or the parts that need more than one inductor in the process of induction hardening.
