For the forging application we developed fully automatic billet heater equipped with two inductors.

Our latest Product

Recently we have completed the design of our four axis  computer  controlled induction hardening machine. It is designed to accept variety of parts such are pins, bushes, sheaves, sprockets, gears , pinions, track rollers, and track shoes. It is equipped with Siemens controls  (Siemens 840D) and all operations are automatic.

It can accept parts up to 2.5m in diameter and 2m in height. Load capacity is 4.5 tons.

It comes with fully integrated dual frequency range power supply that can be tailored to your needs. This is an ultimate induction hardening work centre.
